POSITION TITLE: MARKET RESEARCH ANALYST

Location: Boca Raton, Florida

POSITION DUTIES: Research real estate market conditions to determine value and estimate future value. Gather information on competitors, prices, sales, methods of marketing and distribution.Provide information to help determine position in the real estate brokerage marketplace. Develop and implement procedures for advertising. Create newsletters.Analyze buying and selling trends, prices, value and include this information in the newsletter.Write articles for newsletter. Prepare research reports for owner.

REQUIREMENTS: Requirements: Bachelor’s in Marketing, Mass Communication or Journalism + 2 years of experience in the position or Marketing
